Return & Exchange Policy | Jovira Style

At Jovira Style, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality. If you still have an issue with a product, you can follow the policies below.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is accepted only within 7 days (from the delivery date).
  • The item needs to be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original tags and packaging must not be removed.
  • Exchange will be applicable only on size issue or damaged products.
  • Customer has to bear the courier charges for returning the parcel (if size is exchanged).

Return Policy

Return will be accepted only if:

  • If the product is damaged
  • Or the wrong item has been delivered

Return request has to be submitted within 48 hours.
It is necessary to share proper proof (pictures/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Customized / stitched on demand suits
Refund Policy
  • After approved return, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Refund will be done only through bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa.
Important Note
  • Color may slightly vary due to lighting.
  • Jovira Style will not accept returns in case of any misuse or damage.
